Please keep food or water in its appropriate container (glass, metal, wood, paper, ceramics etc) or liquids like soda, herbal teas etc, for a minimum of 15 seconds above this plate. Keeping for longer time doesn't further improve the effect. One can also try with chemical drugs (Allopathic) to observe whether the side effects are less than before. Keep all the food that you are eating on this device for minimum of 15 seconds. You may keep longer than 15 seconds may if you wish to. The effect is same as 15 seconds. You can put warm food or cold food on it. The warm food should not be more than 60 degree C to 70 degree C. (Make sure that it is advisable to put all the food that you eat or drink for better effect. You may have to carry the pocket version of this device all the time).
