Energy Massage Stick (ANS)
Description
AUTONOMUS NERVOUS SYSTEM EMS: (ANS EMS) This stick is specially made to balance the Parasympathetic and Sympathetic nervous system. There are five special points to treat on body to achieve this. The points are as shown on the diagram, as well as described here below. Each point to be treated for thirty seconds each, total treatment to last two and half minutes. This procedure can be done two times daily. Start with left mid-infraclavicular point, then left hand LI 4 point or Hoku point or at the point of starting of fold of thumb and index finger or approximately base of thumb but between the thumb and index finger. Then the same point on the right hand. Then right mid-infraclavicular point and last is the vertex of head or DU 20. These are the five points for this wand. A machine called the Nerve Express often can be used to guide & check the activity of the Autonomic Nervous System. Usage There is no need to give actual deep pressure. All that you have to do is put this stick with very light pressure on acupressure points. You can also put it on all acupuncture points. For pain relief you can put this stick directly on any painful area or lightly massage in a clock-wise direction on the problem area. The golden wand is to be placed in such a way that the crystal end is on the top and the other end ball touches the problem area or acupressure or puncture point. This has an Uni. -Directional flow of energy, drawing energy from the cosmos through the crystal, which is at the other end of the stick.
