1)
HEADACHE
: For frontal headache, apply over forehead and on either side of head.
For headache on back side, apply over painful area through hair, back of neck
muscles and in the center of upper part of abdomen.
2)
NECK PAIN :
Directly apply over the painful area and over the muscles starting from back of
ear to the base of neck.
3)
SNEEZING :
Apply over the nose and cheek and also over the forehead. Avoid putting in the
nose or in the eyes.
4)
TOOTHACHE :
Apply externally over the painful side of cheek. Do not apply in the mouth.
5)
PAINFUL SHOULDER :
Apply over painful area and also over the neck muscles.
6)
BACKACHE :
Apply over the center of the spine and on either side of Spine. It is desirable
to apply over the abdominal muscles.
7)
PRE-MENTRUAL PAIN OR PAINFUL MENSES :
Apply over lower abdomen and around the navel.
8)
KNEE PAIN :
Over the painful area of Knee-joint in the front and back. Also apply over front
and back of Thigh completely. This is important as it will help to recover fast.
9)
PAINFUL CALVES :
Apply over the painful area including back of knee and ankle and also apply in
front of leg.
10)
PAINFUL HEEL :
Apply over the heel and back of Ankle and front of heel under the arch.
11)
INJURY :
Over any painful area due to Injury or Sprain. ( Not to be applied on open
wounds)
12)
BURNS :
Over Burns, but not on open wound or exposed skin of Burns.
Instructions
for Use
Take small quantity of gel over tip of finger and gently spread on skin
locally over area of discomfort (first test for allergy and sensitivity). Try to
cover larger area with small quantity of gel. There is no need to do deep
massage. In most cases effects may be observed in few minutes.
